Retirement refers to the time of life when one chooses to permanently leave the workforce behind. The compulsory retirement age is 65 while optional is 60 years of age. It can be applied three months before retirement to ensure that retirement benefits will be enjoyed by the retiree after his/her retirement.
Certificate of No Pending Administrative Case is one of the requirements when applying for clearance. This is to ensure that the requesting personnel has no pending administrative case filed before any office of the college before allowing him/her to travel to foreign countries or to permanently leave his/her office through resignation or retirement
Clients may request for valid reason the issuance of documents that originated or in custody of the human resources management office such as those to be used for accreditation certification of academic programs purposes documents related to previous employment from the agency and recruitment and selection process among others in the following forms
Service record is a document that provides a documentary history of a person's employment including their filed leave with and without pay as well as their annual salary while serving as an employee of an organization.
This process 0f correcting clerical or typographical errors in the Certificate of Live birth is governed be the provisions of republic Act (R.A.)No. 10172 and updating or changing the civil status.
